(Walt Disney Studios, 1955) Original production cel of Jiminy Cricket from an episode of the Mickey Mouse Club, which depicts the helpful insect holding his top hat in a large full-length pose. The cel is placed on a matching production background. Image measures 5 x 4.5, with a mat opening of 8 x 10. Originally sold at the Art Corner in Disneyland, the cel is displayed in its original 12 x 14 mat, with the backing featuring an affixed gold Walt Disney Productions label, which reads: "This Is an Original Handpainted Celluloid Drawing Actually Used in a Walt Disney Production." In fine condition, with some small area of lifting paint to his jacket, which also features light feathering to its gray outline; the mat bears some toning and stains.
