Description

TLS, one page, 7 x 9.5, personal letterhead, April 12, 1923. Letter to his son-in-law William Gibbs McAdoo, who had served as his Treasury Secretary. In part: "I perfectly understood the little mixup about Shafroth and Thompson from the first,—understood it in just the way you explain it in your letter. It is delightful to hear such good reports of you all, and we unite in loving messages." In fine condition.
