(Walt Disney Studios, 1937) Fantastic original concept preliminary model sheet drawing featuring the title character from Little Hiawatha, showing the diminutive native in thirteen different poses—including full-figure front and profile views, plus eleven examples of his face at several slightly different angles. Accomplished in green colored pencil on untrimmed 12 x 10 animation paper. In fine condition. Inspired by the poem 'The Song of Hiawatha' by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, this was the last Silly Symphonies short to be released by United Artists.
