Parnell,” one page, 4.75 x 7.25, embossed House of Commons letterhead, November 3, [no year]. Handwritten letter to "Miss Kennedy," in part: "I will ask the Mansion House Committee to attend to Mr. Kelly's account at their next meeting, as I am desirous that as many of the payments as possible should be made through them, for the sake of explanation." In very good condition, with soiling, rusty paperclip impressions, and splitting along the hinge.
