Westmoreland," one page, 7.25 x 10.75, personal letterhead, December 10, 1977, in part: "On the day you receive this letter you will be 21 years of age. I hope this day is a happy one for you, and that you are studying hard to prepare yourself for the years ahead. The year 1997 is probably a time when our nation has many problems. Such has always been the case with America because we are a dynamic nation. We have a system that eventually solves our problems, and as we do so we become stronger and even more respected by other nations. May the future be a bright one for you." In fine condition.
