Circa 1964 vintage program for a concert showcase headlined by Chuck Berry, measures 8 x 10.5, signed and inscribed on the inside of the front cover in black ballpoint, "Best wishes to Carolyn, Chuck Berry," and on his respective artist page in red ballpoint, "Carl Perkins." In very good condition, with moderate overall creasing and handling wear. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks.
