Vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 photo of Truman standing behind a chair and holding a letter between British solicitor John Lias Cecil-Williams and his wife, Olive Mary, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "Good luck to Sir John Cecil Williams, Harry S. Truman, 9/20/57." In fine condition. Cecil-Williams (1892-1964) was a notable solicitor who served as the secretary Honourable Society of Cymmrodorion for nearly 30 years and was the driving force behind the publishing of the Dictionary of Welsh.
