Handwritten letter to "R. Smith," in full: "Mrs. Adams requests Mr. Smith to allow her man Mr. Wilson to take the Trunks sent to the Bank previous to his departure for the North." Addressed on the integral leaf in Adams's hand. In fine condition, with small mounting remnants to address leaf.
