Handwritten letter from the "Royal Observatory Greenwich," in part: "I had occasion to see Mr. Addington…two days ago, and on my mentioning the Passport he immediately arranged for sending me one. I hope that you find a copy of my Eclipse paper on your table." In fine condition, with light irregular toning.
