ALS in French, one page, 5.25 x 8.25, June 23, 1872, personal letterhead. Handwritten letter, in full (translated): "As your article arrived in Nohant I was going to Paris. I'll find it on my return and read it with interest, sympathy and gratitude as soon as I get finished with some pressing business." In fine condition.
