Two items: a color glossy 8 x 10 photo of Westmoreland in uniform, signed in the lower border in black felt tip, "W. C. Westmoreland'; and a TLS signed "W. C. Westmoreland," one page, 7 x 8, United States Army Chief of Staff letterhead, March 24, 1969, in part: "You may be assured that General Eisenhower is constantly remembered in the prayers of the chaplains as well as in those of his many friends and admirers throughout the military community." In overall fine condition.
