ALS in Latin, signed “Marcellus Malpighius,” one page, 7.75 x 5.25, August 29, 1691. Handwritten letter, in part (translated): "I, Professor of Medicine…award to Giorgio Baglioni of Naples, this Medical Certificate of completion, and in good faith and with my own hand place my signature thereto." In fine condition, with two small holes affecting nothing.
