Description

Official color semi-glossy 13.75 x 10.75 NASA photo of Commander John Young saluting the American flag as he leaps off the lunar surface during the Apollo 16 mission, affixed to the original 20 x 16 mount, signed and inscribed on the mount in blue ballpoint, "To Jim and Kay, with very best wishes from the crew of Apollo 16, John Young," and in black ink, "Ken Mattingly" and "Charlie Duke." In very good to fine condition, with the signatures a couple of shades light, and a couple of areas of discoloration to the lightly toned mount.
