Rare ALS signed “Jane Franklin,” one page, 4.5 x 7, July 3, 1870. Handwritten letter to a gentleman, written from San Francisco. In full: "I am on the point of starting by the Pacific railway & have only time to acknowledge your note and say that the recollection of one charming visit…will always be among the pleasantest I cherish." In fine condition.
