Prolific French writer (1802-1870) known for such classics as The Count of Monte Cristo and The Three Musketeers. ALS in French, signed twice, “Al. Dumas,” two pages on two adjoining sheets, 4 x 5.25, no date. Unique 'double' handwritten letter by Dumas, signed twice. Addressed on the reverse in Dumas's hand. In very good to fine condition, with some minor paper loss, and an old mounting remnant on the integral address leaf.
