Eisenhower." Long was a lieutenant colonel who investigated and reported on General George S. Patton's famed slapping of a soldier. Autographic condition: fine. Book condition: VG/None in G+ slipcases, with heavy staining to cases, and a partially separated bottom panel of Waging Peace. Accompanied by two letters addressed to Long and two newspaper clippings.
