Description

Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania (1719-1806). Manuscript DS, signed “Smith,” one page, 7.5 x 6, May 2, 1752. Final page of a legal document for "John Doe & Rich: Roe," regarding the refusal of paid debts and damages amounting to twenty pounds. Signed in the lower right by James Smith. Archivally mounted, matted, and framed to an overall size of 14.25 x 13. In very good to fine condition, with toning to the edges and folds.
