Description

Signer of the Declaration of Independence from New York (1716-1778). Scarce ink signature, "Phil. Livingston, Jun'r, D. Clerk,” on an off-white 4 x 2.5 slip. Mounted, matted, and framed to an overall size of 10.5 x 9.5. In very good to fine condition, with scattered foxing and staining, and some creasing to the bottom edge.
