Accompanied by an unused 'after show' backstage pass for a David Lee Roth concert in Hartford, Connecticut. Roth's original stop at the Hartford Civic Center on May 4, 1991, was postponed and moved to July 2nd, when he played at the Lake Compounce Festival Park in nearby Bristol, CT; it was at this venue where Roth ostensibly signed this CD.
