Description

TLS, one page, 8.5 x 11, February 3, 1986. Letter to Harry Privette of the Boston Features Syndicate, in full: "I am the script writer who co-originated SUPERMAN. Enclosed for your consideration is the proposed comic strip CLEO AND MAUDIE: two weeks of script plus a drawing by cartoonist Bob Bliss of the two lead characters. Six additional weeks of script are available. Kindly advise if you would like to see art work samples. A SASE is enclosed. Let me know your reaction. Best regards." In fine condition, with light edge toning.
