Description

Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania (1742-1798), and one of only six men who signed both the Declaration and the US Constitution. Partial third-person ADS signed within the text, “James Wilson,” no date, penned in Wilson’s hand on both sides of a trimmed 7.75 x .75 sheet, which reads: “…and condition thereof. And the said James Wilson doth hereby agree to allow unto them the said John Bishop and Mark Bird as a…bonds and mortgages payable in two equal yearly payments…For which monies and…” In fine condition.
