Third-person ADS, one page, 7.25 x 3.5, February 25, 1774. Handwritten legal document by Bartlett, incorporating his name within the text. In part: "Whereas I have…taken a deed of Josiah Bartlett Esqr. of part of a lot of land in Perry's Town…on which there is some trees fell said to be done Eben'r Keaser I hereby promise to pay the said Keaser for what Labor he has done on said land." Signed at the conclusion by Thomas Woodly with his mark, and countersigned by John Pearson as a witness. On the reverse is a manuscript notice concerning the deed and transaction. In fine condition.
