Racob," in part: "I will with pleasure take charge of the papers referred to in your letter…There is no limit now existing to the priviledge [sic] of franking which is mended to the office I now hold, and the papers will go, I apprehend, in perfect security by the mail." In fine condition, with intersecting folds.
