Neatly signed at the conclusion by President Johnson and countersigned by Acting Secretary of State William Hunter. The white seal affixed to the lower left corner remains fully intact. In fine condition, with a missing lower right corner tip. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
