President Jackson grants James Grubbs of Dearborn County, Indiana, a parcel "in the District of Lands subject to sale at Crawfordsville, Indiana, containing Eighty acres." Boldly signed at the conclusion by President Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. In very good condition, with overall wrinkling, a missing upper right corner tip, and separation along the topmost horizontal fold.
