Accomplished in graphite on untrimmed 12 x 9 artist paper, which is signed with his initials in the lower right, "F. F." Total image measures 11.5 x 9. Matted to an overall size of 18.25 x 15.75. In fine condition. Follmer worked at Walt Disney Studios from the late 1930s through the early 1940s, assisting on projects like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio, and Fantasia. He alienated Walt Disney when he organized a strike against the studio, and ultimately left to join the Navy.
