Two items: a vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of Irving Berlin posing at his piano, signed in fountain pen; and a TLS, one page, 6 x 7.5, personal letterhead, September 28, 1921, in full: "Many thanks for your wire of good wishes. Believe me, I appreciate your thoughtfulness very much indeed." In overall very good to fine condition, with some light creasing to the photo.
