Edgar Mitchell's personally-owned 'moon' cane used during the last two years of his life, measuring approximately 37″ long, featuring a white celestial orb as the handle and a plaque with fancy engraving, "M." The cane was given by Mitchell to author William Rauscher, who subsequently gave it to David Haversat, publisher of Rauscher's book, 'Edgar D. Mitchell, The Man with the Cosmic Mind: The Story of a Friendship Between an Episcopal Cleric and the Sixth Man to Walk on the Moon." Includes two images of Mitchell using the cane, and a hardcover first edition of the book, signed by both Rauscher and Haversat. In fine condition.
