Vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 photo of the legendary comedian, signed and inscribed in blue ballpoint to lighting designer David Bines, "For David: with many thanx for all your help—Sincerely, Jerry Lewis, 3/57." In very good to fine condition, with surface loss to the corner tips. Bines was the lighting designer for Lewis's run of shows at the Palace Theatre in NYC from February-March 10, 1957.
