TLS signed “Errol,” one page, 7.25 x 10.5, The Shoreham letterhead, August 1, 1959. Letter to ghostwriter Earl Conrad, for his autobiography My Wicked, Wicked Ways. In full: "The enclosed episodes about, Jack Warner, Erben and My Small Companion should be inserted and edited. Also find enclosed a piece which I think may be a good ending for the book. Let's talk about it." In fine condition, with a couple of small stains. Accompanied by five typed pages with intriguing commentary about Jack Warner, Hermann Erben, and Beverly Aadland. Flynn passed away a couple months after sending this letter—on October 14, 1959—and the book was released posthumously in December to great success.
