Group of 38 original 45 RPM record sleeves for various Beatles and Beatles-related releases, none with the record included. The lot is highlighted by a rare sleeve for the Scandinavian 'Penny Lane' EP released in 1967 by Parlophone (catalog no. GEOS 265), which has a heavy diagonal crease to the upper right; and an early Vee-Jay records picture sleeve for 'Please, Please Me/From Me to You' (VJ-581), which has a small hole punch at center, and some tape remnants and tack holes to corners. Others include picture sleeves for various Capitol Records singles (e.g. 'I Feel Fine / She's a Woman,' 'A Hard Day's Night / I Should Have Known Better,' 'I Want to Hold Your Hand / I Saw Her Standing There,' 'Strawberry Fields for Ever / Penny Lane'), Apple Records sleeves (a few generic sleeves, plus 'For You Blue' and 'Let It Be'), and a few from Beatles solo projects ( 'My Sweet Lord' by George Harrison, 'Why' by John Lennon / Plastic Ono Band, and 'Beaucoup of Blues' by Ringo Starr. In overall good to very good condition, with various tack holes to corners, surface loss and tape remnants from prior mounting, some ink annotations and labels, and a few with tears or trimmed edges.
