Genl.,” one page, 5 x 8, Head-Quarters Department of the Ohio letterhead, July 26, 1863. Handwritten pass, in full: "Lieut. S. B. Johnston D. Ohio will proceed to the city, and converse with Lieut. Michael Barker, a prisoner of war, for half an hour." In fine condition.
