President Monroe grants Matthias Bruen "of the State of New Jersey" a tract of land "in the District of Delaware and State of Ohio containing Three Hundred and Twenty Acres." Signed at the conclusion by James Monroe, and countersigned by Josiah Meigs as Commissioner of the General Land Office. Lower left retains the original white paper seal. In fine condition, with some faint staining at the top.
