Description

Two flown fragments from a Space Shuttle mission:

Flown segment of Disposable In-Suit Drink Bag (DIDB) from STS-120 Mission Specialist Scott Parazynski's Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) suit. Encased in a limited edition cylindrical 2.75″ x 3.25″ piece of Lucite cut at an angle for display purposes, numbered 145/200, with a mission insignia and a certificate of authenticity at the bottom stating that the artifact originates from the personal collection of Scott Parazynski. In fine condition. Originally distributed through the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation and accompanied by a laminated certificate of authenticity signed in blue ballpoint by Parazynski, as well as its original matching box, numbered 145/200.

Flown segment of strain gauge wire harness from STS-3, removed the right wing of the Space Shuttle Columbia. Encased in a limited edition cylindrical 2.75″ x 3.25″ piece of Lucite cut at an angle for display purposes, numbered 145/200, with a mission insignia and a certificate of authenticity at the bottom stating that the artifact originates from the personal collection of Commander Jack Lousma. In fine condition. Originally distributed through the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation and accompanied by a laminated certificate of authenticity signed in blue ballpoint by Lousma, as well as its original matching box, numbered 145/200.
