Contract between Walt Disney Productions and Columbia Pictures, granting US distribution rights to Columbia Pictures for certain Spanish-dubbed versions of Disney films. The contract grants rights to The Three Caballeros and Cinderella for the first year of the deal, with the two pictures for the second year to be selected from a list on the attached "Schedule A"—among those listed are Snow White, Pinocchio, Peter Pan, Fantasia, Alice in Wonderland, and Dumbo. Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Roy O. Disney and countersigned by a Columbia Pictures executive. In fine condition, with the first page detached, some light creasing, and a PSA/DNA label affixed to the reverse of the signed page. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
