Paper wrappers, 6 x 9.25, consisting of pgs. 267-352. Signed on the upper front cover with his ownership signature: “Hon’ble Bushrod Washington, Mount Vernon, Va.” In very good condition, with heavy toning and chipping to the covers, damage to the spine, and foxing to the inner pages. The Port Folio was a Philadelphia literary and political magazine published from 1801 to 1827, with John Elihu Hall serving as editor from 1816 until its closing.
