French album pressing of the original score for the 1984 film Once Upon a Time in America, signed and inscribed on the front cover in black ink, "…con molto affetto e simpatia, Sergio Leone." The cover is also signed by James Woods, who adds "Cannes '84," and by a 13-year-old Jennifer Connelly, who writes: "A wonderful hotel—thanks for everything…May '84." In fine condition.
