Description

Official color glossy 12.25 x 8.5 NASA photo of Harrison Schmitt standing next to a huge, split boulder during an Apollo 17 lunar EVA, affixed to the original 14 x 11 mount, which is signed in black ink and felt tip, “Gene Cernan,” “Ron Evans,” and “Harrison H. Schmitt.” In fine condition.

Originates from the personal collection of longtime NASA employee Robert B. 'Stretch' Flanagan, a Senior Security Specialist who accompanied the Apollo astronauts on their post-flight goodwill world tours. He was nicknamed ‘Stretch’ on account of his 6´6″ height.
