Vintage circa 1956 ballpoint signature, "Marilyn Monroe Miller,” on an off-white 4.25 x 2 slip, affixed to a card with a collector's notation along the top: "Sent from Englefield Green during her stay in England for filming with Sir Laurence Olivier." In very good condition, with trimmed edges, old tape at the corners, and light tape stains touching the signature. Monroe was in Englefield Green, England, in 1956 to film The Prince and the Showgirl with Laurence Olivier. A desirable variation of Monroe's signature from her marriage to playwright Arthur Miller, which lasted from 1956 to 1961. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
