Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Maryland (1740-1799) who served in the Continental Congress from 1778 to 1782. ADS signed "Wm. Paca," one page, 7.25 x 2, May 8, 1788. Paca pens a receipt or order to one "Mr. Randall," evidently for the black Chinese tea known as congou. Paca writes, in full: "A pound of best Congo." In fine condition.
