Matted with an attractive large color portrait of Monroe to an overall size of 20 x 29.25. In fine condition. The consignor notes: 'Marilyn was filming Prince and the Showgirl at Pinewood Studios in England; four doors away was English actor Donald Sinden, who was filming another movie. The autograph request came from Sinden for his hair dresser, Stephanie, and Monroe duly signed. Sinden later talked about his unlikely friendship with Monroe in his autobiography and one-man stage shows before his passing.'
