The cel is placed on a color Disney litho 'money vault' background. Image measures 3.75 x 6.75, with a mat opening of 9.75 x 7.75. Framed to an overall size of 17.75 x 15.5. The piece has the silver Walt Disney Television seal to lower left. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Disney Enterprises, Inc. Walt Disney Art Classics had a special signing with Carl Barks in 1998 during which he signed 500 original production cels from DuckTales.
