Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 15.75 x 9.75 , February 1, 1831. President Jackson issues a land grant to Jonathan Sparks for "fifty eight acres and seventy two hundredths of an acre" in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Signed prominently at the conclusion by Andrew Jackson, and countersigned by Elijah Hayward as commissioner of the general land office. Off-white paper seal remains affixed to lower left portion. In very good to fine condition, with a few small stains, and light toning along the vertical folds.
