(Walt Disney Studios, 1940) Original concept painting of Mickey Mouse from the 'Sorcerer's Apprentice' segment of Fantasia, which shows the young wizard-to-be seated at a table and wearing the mystical hat of the Sorcerer Yen Sid. Accomplished in gouache on black 8.25 x 7 artist's board, which is marked in pencil along the bottom border: “Sc. 13 H.” In fine condition, with tack holes to corners.
