The cel is placed on its matching Disney litho background. Signed in the lower right in black felt tip by Disney artist Joe Grant. The mat opening measures 13.5 x 17.5, and the piece is framed to an overall size of 23.5 x 27.5. The piece has the silver Walt Disney Company seal to lower right. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Disney Enterprises, Inc.
