Neil Armstrong's personally-owned 1.5 x 2.25 British Boy Scout district badge for "Blackburn," constructed with a Bevo-style weave on a black cloth background. Encapsulated by CAG as being from the Armstrong Family Collection. In fine condition. Armstrong was active in the Boy Scouts in his youth, earning the rank of Eagle Scout. As an adult, he was recognized by the Boy Scouts of America with its Distinguished Eagle Scout Award and Silver Buffalo Award.
