Group of six pieces of 'fan mail' sent to Jack Ruby at the Dallas City Jail in November 1963, including five 'thank-you' cards (some with brief notes of support, e.g. "Good Luck," "You did the whole world a service") and one letter, in part: "You did a great service to our country when you destroyed the murderer who took the life from our beloved leader, President and friend. Kennedy was another Abe Lincoln. Anyone who convicts you of Oswald's murder, is no better than Oswald himself and anyone who convicts you, should be shipped off to Cuba with Fidel Castro and his kind. The American people are behind you, you are our hero." In overall fine condition. Each is accompanied by its original mailing envelope.
