Collector's notation to lower right dates the signature to "1991, Muggia." In fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from REAL. Nirvana played at the Teatro Verdi in Muggia, Italy, on November 16, 1991, as part of their massive Nevermind world tour.
