Two items: a 2.25 x 4 carte-de-visite bust-length portrait of Cadwalader Ringgold published by Brady's of New York, signed and inscribed on the reverse in ink, "For Mrs. Stark, with the compliments of her friend, Commodore Ringgold, N. York, 12 Jany 1864"; and a personal calling card belonging to "Commodore Ringgold," 3.5 x 1.75, which bears a handwritten note: "…takes pleasure presenting the enclosed to his good friend Mrs. Stark.
