Receipt issued to John Tillinghast from the "Port of Newport," in full: "Sworn to and a duplicate delivered according to law." The sheet is affixed to a slightly larger cardstock mount. In very good to fine condition, with trimmed edges, light toning, and a short tear to the bottom edge.
